About Me
I’m Yasmine, a birth doula proudly serving Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Nashville, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. After recently relocating from Michigan to Lebanon, Tennessee, I’m excited to continue supporting growing families in my new community.
For years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting dozens of families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I believe every family deserves compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based support, no matter what their birth preferences may be. My goal is to help parents feel informed, empowered, and confident as they welcome their newest addition.
Outside of my work as a doula, I’ve been happily married for 19 years and am the proud mom of two children. Building strong families has always been at the heart of everything I do. Whether through community outreach, promoting healthy lifestyles, advocating for mental health awareness, or walking alongside families during pregnancy and birth, I’m committed to creating a supportive environment where parents feel seen, heard, and cared for.
It is truly an honor to be invited into such a meaningful chapter of a family’s story, and I look forward to supporting many more families throughout Middle Tennessee with compassionate care every step of the way.

What Is A Birth Doula?
The #1 goal of any practicing Doula should be to provide parents with the support and knowledge needed for prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum care. As a Doula, my responsibility is to assist you and your family during this critical time. I leave all medical advice to your healthcare professionals while providing you and your family with prenatal to postpartum guidance unique to the companionship only a Doula can offer. A birth doula will offer personalized support and advocacy for you and your partner, should you have one. As your doula, we will work together to create a comprehensive birth plan that fits your unique needs and preferences. From providing information and resources to offering hands-on comfort measures during labor, I am dedicated to supporting you every step of the way.
What Is A Postpartum Doula?
As a postpartum doula, I offer support and guidance to new parents during the first few months after the birth of their baby. My role is to ease the transition into parenthood by providing emotional and practical assistance, such as help with breastfeeding, newborn care, and household tasks. Together, we can create a tailored plan to meet the unique needs of your family.
